Acknowledgement and Release Form for Naturopathic Services
Welcome to my practice. As you know, I am a naturopath. I am not a
licensed physician, nor are naturopathic services licensed by the state
OF CALIFORNIA. The idea behind naturopathy is a philosophy
based on the belief that the body can heal itself following the laws of
nature and using treatments that support normal body functions.
Naturopathic medicine promotes the use of organic foods and exercise,
maintaining a healthy balanced homeopathy, and herbal therapies. These
are used in an attempt to improve health, and stay well, which is
believed to be a natural state of the body.
As a practitioner of naturopathy I can provide you with the following kinds of services.
- Nutritional consulting
- Iridology
- Herbal Therapies
- Muscle Response Testing
- Energy Medicine
Nutritional consulting is the study of the use of organic foods to help the body to realize its full
potential.
Iridology therapies are the use of historic herbs and how they have been used by man for centuries to
help the body to meet any and all health challenges.
Muscle Response testing addresses the muscles in motion in regard to organs of the body.
